If this was your biggest challenge - your sailing has been pretty smooth. :) There're two sides in this issue.

Its not always smooth sailing. 

The ship sailed on view cabins in the 200’s range back in early January-March 2020 and they were very rare to find as well.

For example, if you are big into sailing Hobie Cats, then you probably want West Coast (wind, but not much for waves) and meet ups or clubs nearby, like Gulfport Marina (in St Pete/ near Tampa).

The markets that looked good but not too pricey thus far...Tacoma (my home town), Indianapolis, Columbus, Nashville, and potentially Atlanta (and we have family there)- some people I talked to felt like that "ship had sailed" already.

I am trying to be as pro active as possible, while I'm on days off I go yard sailing with my wife and look for deals in a lot of different areas.  

Until then I'll just keep selling my current home, buying my first investment/home, exit the military, read everything everyone tells me to, move my family/possessions/dog to future home, sign up for college, and maybe play a little softball and go sailing in my spare time.

While I love the company I've worked with for the last 11 years, I'm looking to build enough passive income to retire ahead of schedule, with a goal of sailing around the world.I'm a husband and father an amazing daughter. 

We didn't think we would sail off into the sunset with the Sub2/Wrap in place did we?
