Getting started, need an architect & builder for Cripple Creek

Hello Bigger Pockets family!

I'm a n00b who's "just getting started" and eager to turn learning into action. I've got one single family home that was split into two apartments (Murray, UT) and an acre of land (Cripple Creek, CO) I intend to make into an Air BnB. I'm most interested in purchasing multi-family properties and doing some wholesale deals. While I love the company I've worked with for the last 11 years, I'm looking to build enough passive income to retire ahead of schedule, with a goal of sailing around the world.

I'm a husband and father an amazing daughter. I'm also a US Marine Corps combat veteran (2006-2011).

I look forward to meeting folks, learning, and doing business with this community.
