I use the same paint for my units, so I have ready stock of all paints, but still have to buy some supplies like rollers, pan liners, etc.  

Tell the people to go slow around the edges for a foot with rollers. 

We are closing next week on a new rental property, and have 2 houses under contract we intend to wholesale.Just as advice to the newbies out there (and me, I'm still a newbie) - this business can be an emotional roller coaster.

Unless you have a clear, legal plan of action that is fully supported by the parties involved, you could be in for roller coaster.  

Clean with TSP, prime and paint with high quality oil based products and use a foam roller.

Unless you like challenges and don't shy away from them, then every aspect of REI is a wonderful roller coaster that brings you ups and downs at a very fast pace.

I used to spend hours and hours with the highlighters and roller wheel doing quantities... what once took me an hour I can do in a few minutes.

If that week turns into two weeks, a month, two months, and you don't have insurance, you are riding the roller coaster upside-down without seat-belts!
