Not sure what your asking- but Granite is pretty darn resilient.

I do think the asset types you've listed, low A to B (and even some good C's) will be more resilient even if they do fall off in the short term.

And of course your quality portfolio is as as resilient as it gets.

Peter:Here, if your accessory apartment (aka Granny Suite) has not been built to fire code (e.g. 5/8 Fire-X drywall on resilient channel, with plumbing and electrical ingress/egress collared or fire caulked) you will not be permitted to have a stove.

Local markets may see downturns but the market as a whole is resilient. 

Non-poor people have more childcare and eldercare services and more opportunities for people to relieve stress with breaks and vacations.I was surprised at how optimistic and resilient some poor people were able to remain in truly difficult circumstances.In my 6 years as a class D investor, I had one overdose death, kicked out two drug dealers, and dealt with a number of domestic violence incidents.

This process has made it a far more resilient market, because it's suffered the pain of economic dependency and now is using intelligent design in it's economic basis construct. 

Kids are resilient but moving them around constantly to do home repair boot camp sucks for them so I get your wife's point of view. 

This is a huge advantage within a big city market.Expenses are also much higher with the larger mats, so they are less resilient to fluctuations in income.
