Yes, legally a rendering plant can be built next to a single family house, which can be built next to a car lot.

If yours is an example of the majority my guess is the park & most of the mobiles will be rendered condemned & not fit for occupancy & only after extensive repairs will new occupancy permits will be issued.

Google other HEBs and see what tends to go in around them.Get with an architect and have them draft some basic renderings based on what you have.

@David Avetisyan true, but for example my property manager will either direct deposit or send checks with multiple properties lumped together thus rendering individual checks or transactions pointless.

Is it acceptable for tax purposes to buy a cash receipt notebook as @Melody E Bergloff suggested and have the person rendering the services to you write up a receipt for you out of your own notebook and use said receipt for expense tracking?
