Finding tenants for small strip center under4000sf

I am looking for suggestions how to find out what kind of tenants would be interested before I do the rendering and spend money on renovation. The anchor building is 200sf, used to be a restaurant and still has the grease trap and some on the kitchen equipment in it. I am open to change it but it may be more cost effective to have another restaurant there. The other 2 units 1900 sf together could house small sandwich or coffee shops, salonand a flower shop etc.
