I used to regularly get threatened with lawsuits.  

They buy homes in upper middle class to lower upper class neighborhoods which represent solid appreciation potential and reasonable upkeep/taxes/insurance expenses.  

You can see regularly companies and some individuals here on BP that like to play games and it happens to them.   

Unless the place in an amazing location that couldn't support a full size home, you are better off doing a regular place.A tiny home isn't considered real property.

It took setting up regular meetings with the PM (most people at the company, including the CEO have the option to book something on their calendar from a link in their email signature).  

I will look on the regular local markets to get rent information.

On a regular basis I call/text/email an agent to ask pertinent questions to make an offer and never get any response even after multiple attempts. 

Flipping is not a great option right now if you aren't experienced because regular home buyers are buying a lot of the dumps and overpaying, spinning the market for trash homes up too high to make any money flipping.

They recently cleaned house of a lot of the corrupt people and for now the wait times are worse than before.I had one project in a historic district- remember that the historic district department has a different intake deadline than the regular permit department.  

DTI had become my hurdle, making regular plain vanilla mortgages difficult.
