I get 2-3 emails a day from recruiters in my previous line of work.

Thankfully, I recruited my recently retired father to help with this.

If you can recruit just one of the others to see it your way, you may be able to negotiate something above 10%.You only mentioned that it was for "a couple properties", so I don't know if this is a dispute over thousands, hundreds of thousands, or millions of dollars. 

Depends on what you're looking for but basically when you have a license, the brokerages are trying to recruit you!

He would recruit newer wholesalers underneath him, not give him very good instructions, and then take an inordinate amount of the deal given the lack of direction he gave them.

One of the reasons why I give everything else to the property management except the recruiting the tenants this part is usually I prefer to have long-term tenants to reduce the overhead of high turn around rate.

Brokers are in the recruiting business... you don't need to work with a headhunting firm to get placed with a broker.I hope I addressed your questions PM if you need anything more.

There is 1 group in downers grove, that we shall not name, is very aggressive with recruitment. 

I will do more checking on that in the coming months though when i have my meeting with the inservice recruiter.
