Hello Bruce, I am not taking sides and not trying to start a war but as far as my queries Mark and Dmitry both has been very responsive and helpful.

Since you're not a resident of the US, a citizen of the US and the properties are not located in the US, Nevada and Delaware entities are not going to be helpful to you.A quick google query tells me that Australia does not have LLC entities like we do in the US, but they do have something sort of similar called a Proprietary Limited Company.

Once you see 5 or 10 working properties you'll have a higer confidence that buying in that market will have similar results.The above is a very shallow response to your query however.

in response to queries re aimloam.com, i would rate them as the best financing co i have come across - i encountered the typicaly things like lots of docs reqd, at times i wanted faster respone etc.. but overall interest rates are the best i have encounted and i still have three mortgages through them, they are a direct lender, everying done electonically thru web and email plus they have agents you can talk to over phone

It has shocked me the response I received from a neighbour and a few ""friends" when I responded to their query of how I spend my time now --"I own two rental properties".

I run the query again.For New york city, the price started from $2,200.For Birmingham,AL , the price started from $1,300 and it's for a nice 3BR :-) If this thing is described in newspaper article I guess renters can cancel their LTR and move to forever Airbnb.
