Good news is the rates on these products have dropped dramatically in the last 3 months.  

Ask your financial planner to find an Annuity/Insurance product.

@Arya Chen despite limited reversal in a few select markets with oversupply, the general demand for this product type is very high, leading to lower cap rates that likely won't change much in the near term.

Short term rentals can be advantageous for immediate cash production, but are more risk as compared to a long term rental.

It should be discouraged that they flush wipes or feminine hygiene products.

That severely limited the number of lenders I could go to, so I ended up finding a loan product (that costs a premium, albeit) thru Velocity Capital Mortgage that allows fully-amortizing or IO payments (for first 10 years) which will help me build cash flow and accrue title seasoning while I find the right time to pull the trigger on a fully-amortizing DSCR product Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Rates have improved for these loan products as well.
