@Shante Harris Seems like a consistant pattern, the same people jumping on on every wholesaler post...remember biggerpockets is just a website, its kind of like the facebook for investors....And just like facebook, people sit behind a computer and create fake lifestyles, make false statements, pretend to be this and that and bully other people.

However I also explain where my money comes from and don't pretend to be a cash buyer. 

You have to make an agreement with the investor buying the mortgage note saying that if the note is worth say $90,000 he is buying it for $75,000 plus your finder fee of we'll pretend $5,000 When all the paper work is going through then you give it to escrow so his total payment would be 80k

Or maybe it was a new tenant scam, to pretend they want to buy, in order to get into a place.

Don't pretend something is a deal that is not. 

Look, I can't help you are talking out your back side while pretending to know what you are talking about.

With that said if you have any type of legal purchase contract simply writing in "And/or Assigns" by the name of the entity you are buying under will usually suffice although I am not pretending to give you legal advice thus back to my first response.

If the market is changing, don't pretend otherwise. 

Before you line up to buy anything.....get in the market for a bit and pretend to be a renter.  

The most important thing you can do1)Be yourself, Don't pretend t be more experienced than you are.
