Places like Leander, Cedar Park, and Georgetown are seeing incredible infrastructure improvements and population spikes.

Problem is there are probably 1000 lots or more for resale and the developer is still selling. 

Given it's in a very low population area, it may just be an extremely slow, low demand rental.

Interested in STR, LTR, Fix and Flip, commercial RE, and land development.

Overall great macroeconomics great for investment - there's the booming tech scene, rapid growth in population and the job market, strong rental demand, and landlord-friendly laws.

This is literally the biggest obstacle for any data center development today.

Las Cruces is a small college town (home of the New Mexico State University Aggies) with healthy population of federal government workers and military contractors.
