I usually try to be patient with new investors, but you really don't seem to be learning here, so I'll make this simple:Dude, you need to be a guy that buys and sells houses for Realtors to want to work with you.

Be patient though, since more distress is on the way.

Just be patient and help others when you can.

I am happy for my clients:-) There is almost always more to a tenant's story, some good, mostly bad:-) Be patient, listen to your gut and apply criteria uniformly, you will be fine.
