AI is likely to have essentially no impact, or no impact beyond the general administrative support that we will all see improvements in around scheduling, autocompletion on texts and emails, etc. 

I am a repeat founder and data nerd who is eager to build a new venture in the investing/data space.I was hoping some (or many) of you would be comfortable sharing pains in investing that you wish went away.You know, things that are so frustrating that you'd pay to have them stop. 

I oversee a PM, but handle all administrative and executive decisions such as asset mgmt, and CFO. 90 units of which 80 are apartments in CT.

I honestly should have more money saved up considering my years of working full-time, however younger financial mistakes have been a painful lesson and I regret not purchasing a property sooner/younger.My most important and immediate goal right now is to purchase a property.I am in (what I perceive to be) a relatively high cost real estate area. 

There is the administration costs, pulling together the information needed to pull the permit.
