Thanks for your advice, check this company at Miami, they offer for foreigns the full outsourcing of the process so they look for the property, rehab, rent and once finished property management, so sounds great.As an expert, could you please look at the home page and give some comments,  from my perspective it makes sense to work this kind of proposal....

Consider outsourcing to a CPA as it will make tax preparation quite easy for the CPA.

Maybe this is something that could be outsourced to a VA?

Initially we did a lot of work ourselves but outsourced the bulk to our contractor.

Well thank you @Sean OToole, i'm going to try the cheaper route to start off and later one out source but can you possibly give me more information on how i can do it myself?

I don't see anything materially wrong with "outsourcing" one of your weak areas.  

But at the same time, you have to think about would you make more money outsourcing the lawn to landscapers and raise the rent to market.
