Here's my feedback: I think it's a decent program trying to put the whole process into one program but the skiptracing it has seems too expensive so that kind of makes the software difficult to use since I can't keep everything inside one platform. I

At the end of the day, we used QuickBooks to keep our expenses because Buildium’s expense platform is just not that good.

I'm trying to figure out which platform is going to give me the most for my money.

I just noticed this on batchleads.io FAQ re if TCPA compliant:According to our attorneys, the SMS platform is compliant for two reasons:1, We are not soliciting for services or selling any goods so the vast majority of TCPA laws do not apply to our texts. 2, Our system is not an autodialer and there is no automation for sending mass messages without human intervention=====I'm not a study of TCPA the ins and outs of REI out bound marketing over SMS.   

Again, not blasting the platform, I would give it a solid 6 out of 10, but it just didn't benefit me as much as I had hoped.

Last I checked however tenantcloud provides more properties to manage free so if you plan to manage when you get more units it is a cost savings but I'd recommend a better platform. I

Basically the platform is powering this new amenity by allowing building managers to handle rentals in their property with control, transparency and profit sharing.
