ACH transfers have been reversed on Cozy also.  

I think some of my hand muscles atrophied... :-)

That could save you some serious head-ache and seems like a relatively inexpensive way to get this problem in your rear-view.

My tenants like the fact that they can either pay via ACH or credit card.

I have one guy who likes ACH transfer systems because it is quicker and I paid him DBA  joe schmoe. 

Because someone didn’t return calls and emails you should immediately foreclose, call a collection attorney, write off the deals, and bring in the muscle?

I can't add much else due to limited experience, but you might save head aches down the line by resolving this ASAP. move on....

but you let these properties go without inspections and your going to have a massive head ache on your hand at turn over time..
