If the floor is level and the tile was installed properly and you place the toilet over the "properly placed" mounting screws and you set the toilet directly & properly onto the wax ring and there isn't a gap between the toilet and the tile.

Just got a bad rap because a lot of poor people have been seated in Pontiac from General Motors setting up in Pontiac back in the 50's and now they have all but left the town except for 2 facilities down from like 30 some odd plants and office buildings lots of jobs gone.
