AI-powered platforms can be a useful tool to manage the routine tasks of a landlord such as collecting rent, tenant screening, maintenance requests and tenant communications.

We've started using platforms like airbnb to generate long term rental leads and that has also proven to work really well as of recently. 

They often do this by marketing directly to buyers or leveraging platforms that connect them to potential buyers without involving agents.

Mogul Club is a company that has $250 minimums and their assets on platform average 18.8% IRR.

It's a pretty murky niche and everyone does it a little differently, so we don't want to give platform to anyone that may give risky advice.
