. :-) I bought a property using seller financing and let the seller stay in the property because he said he was going through chemo therapy and needed a place to stay for about 6 months.

I would like something more explicit that discourages things like psychic palm readings, private piano or belly dancing lessons, massage sessions, hair and nail services, baby sitting except for friends and family etc...(2) Late fees and other charges.

The stress induced from having 4 roommates, working multiple jobs, and working my way into and through Nursing school finally put me back in a dr’s office and therapy, for both medications to help and processing triggers and abuse. 

A number of things show up as a "positive" number in their portal, and without massaging the data, would appear to contribute to the "revenue" side of things.

I was nurse in Newark years ago and we did see kids with elevated lead levels that were treated with chelation therapy.

however I disagree that it cant be a therapy or emotional support animal...  

Hey, if the State or OR wants to mandate therapy dolphins then I will get into the saltwater pool business and charge rent accordingly.

It's a multi step plan and each step of the way it is massaging my credit profile so I just want to be smart about it without dragging everything out too much because I dont want to cut too deep into my credit or DTI because that really pumps the brakes on the next step.
