I know it took countless hours to produce a community of honesty and integrity and I am thankful to those of you who have made the sacrifices to make this come to be.

You are and have been an integral contributor to making BP what it is today.

If so, what are some of the things you look for in that company to ensure the integrity of their record keeping?

It’s off by about 2.5” from on side to the other but no cracks or anything that’s affecting the integrity.

If you have sales & marketing skills you can earn a ton of money while doing something that's vertically integrated in your investing.Long story short being an agent makes you a better investor & vice versa.

It is an accumulation of things including:• Do not buy properties likely to have problems• You need an exceptional property inspector and property manager• Your property manager must be an integral part of the property selection team.

It integrates with PayLease and Amrent which  I love.

I think firstly is to think about building a team: so, network and find people that you trust their integrity and competency and you'd enjoy working with.

I chalk her up to someone who is dedicated, a great strategist, and has a great deal of integrity.
