Poor Immigrant family that moved to NYC in the mid-60s.When through the worst time of times.Eventually finished College and wound up working for large Investment / Financial firms.While working as an employee in the Computer field, I decided to become an Entrepreneur.

I just love that directness :-)That being said, the city has a ton of "immigrants" this last decade (and by using the word immigrants, I mean that to apply equally to "out of staters" as "internationals"). 

That would help me in making a recommendation for an immigration attorney.

Also as she speaks Spanish, the people that mow the lawns or other low level immigrant work, I always make her go over and say good morning or good afternoon etc.

All this from a 1st generation immigrant who came here with nothing and never earned much from W2 jobs.Of course, she is missed.

Whereas the downturn in commercial real estate has started, immigration currently has increased populations in gateway cities, causing real estate prices to spike, whereas in the rest of the country, prices hasn't moved that much.

Modesto doesn't have a strong varied economy like Stockton, Modesto or Fresno does, which is why it doesn't show up on the top 100 markets in the nation for 2017 and those other cities do.It's a little podunk town close to the heart of the central valley, so much jobs are low-paying jobs in agriculture (often performed by migrant workers or illegal immigrants).
