I'm not familiar with your state specific guidelines so I won't/can't comment on that.I know it seems unfair or biased somehow, but it does seem to have some basis in logic.

I've wondered the same thing from time to time.I've got a lot of experience with AgentPro247, and a little bit with CoreLogic/RealQuest - so granted, I'm more familiar with AgentPro247 and there's probably a little bit of bias here.I've found that AgentPro247 is a very versatile data company, in that you can do both property research and pull lists.

I'm not a Realtor, so what I have to say isn't bias in any way.I have come across many terrible, I mean "how did they get their license..." or "how/why did the broker take on this agent under them" types.
