@Paul KubinThis is not a problem for any Investor-Agent once you clearly communicate your goals to your Investor-Agent at your first appointment.Not all Agents are Investor-Agent and that's why you should make sure your Agent is also an Investor so they can provide better values to you.Once your Investor-Agent set you up for the email, MLS automatically send you the properties based on your criteria and frequency you want to receive the property email.I must say that you should be comfortable running your numbers and analyzing deals so you can quickly take action once you see the right property.

I used to run all my own rentals so I had a pretty good handle on my risks (i.e. knew all my tenants reasonably well and was in my units with some frequency to know the current state of repairs on everything).Now that I have more properties it all goes into LLCs.
