If BP is not already thinking about it, I think there will come another platform that will pull in all the information from platforms like BP and other credible sources to build an intelligent conversational AI that gives real time and historical real estate related data for investors and stakeholders and at some point home buyers might not even need some of us anymore. 

The latter process would take more time (due to capital generation from other sources), cash investment and end up with much less capital appreciation over time but would also carry much less potential risk. 

I've been reading about LLC protections and many sources that seem to be reliable say that a single member LLC is useless and judges pierce the corporate veil on these all the time.

You'll see a lot of the companies out there focus on the novelty of fractional ownership instead of sourcing quality real estate investments.

Not saying you do not know how to do this, but make sure you pick the right lead source and know what that lead source will be giving you.

To recap, you pay to learn the necessary skills to source deals and capital for your educators and  you are actually taught to deceive investors by embellishing your track record and credentials by dangling your GP status in ways not representative of your true role.
