Will this one be eligible for Agency debt or will you be looking for a competitive small balance commercial program to exit the hard money?

I was just wondering if anyone used the Tim and Julie Harris program for training as an agent? If yes, what are your thoughts on it? Did you have a coach?

The low-hanging fruit is gone, but if you're willing to work hard by getting off the beaten path and overturning a lot of rocks, you can be quite successful.And there are several resources - quite a few folks here on Bigger Pockets and the many specific BP posts and forums from those knowledgeable Investors & Owners, your State Self Storage Association, podcasts, You Tube Videos, and some of us even have written books and/or have meetings and trainings too.In other words, there's quite a bit at your disposal. 

Looking for agents to assist with the search and purchase, as well as lenders who specialize in underwriting self-employed individuals.

An easy example of this is making cold calls for agents to help them generate listings.Also a mentorship isn't like a dating app.
