My recommendation would be to get approved as a Landlord, contact the director's office and request that an inspection be completed before a tenant is selected (sometimes they will do this as long as you select a tenant within 14 days - which you want anyways), and have an online application and screening resource in place.  

There are aggressive lenders out there with lower fees for experienced flippers.  

I am thinking I should use a DSCR loan. can anyone help me with this processWould recommend using an experienced DSCR broker!  

I have integrated a couple of other platforms and had to do the exact same steps when it came to being able to receive payments online.
