I feel the VA loan is definitely advantageous to help me get started in my real estate endeavors; its just about being educated in the know-hows.

I have S-Corps and LLC's at the time for my other endeavors where it's required.Everybody's circumstances are unique, and often a setup with a separate management company works perfectly, in this case, for me, but probably not for you.

I think even the laziest Investor would at least send someone to drive by the property to see the if meth is involved in this endeavor, but believe it or not there are a few sources that will keep records of properties where a drug lab ever existed.
