My name is Will and I am new to BP. I am an aspiring real estate investor in the Los Angeles area. Curious to learn about Mulit-Families to buy/hold/rental property (possibly hack). I have my primary home in Palmdale(2 years now..) and looking to get some help on how helocs work in order to move fwd in this endeavor.
