It looks like in an attempt to provide customer service, you have empowered your new tenants to dictate new terms of the agreement. 

I swear someone went to every single YouTube content creator and told them to buy a Tesla and do some videos on it to take the immediate deduction as a business expense. 

Very few salespersons are actually empowered to negotiate their commissions on buy sides.

In the past, our government officials were land owners, entrepreneurs, job creators, or otherwise successful in private practice.
