It was bad... so bad that she was embarrassed (with an attitude) when I had to have emergency HVAC maintenance done and I couldn't give her at least 24-hours notice that I, along with my HVAC guy, would be entering her space.Believe me when I say, boy do I understand; however, how they live is their business, and unless you've spotted damage or a potential health/property hazard, it's unnecessary to hire a cleaning person while they're still living there.

I don't believe in marrying one real estate agent because you put yourself in a situation where you limit your ability to find better properties than those only one agent can offer you.Don't be embarrassed to let your agent know you are seeking the best opportunities from multiple agents and don't go for that b.s agents say when they tell you they don't want to 'WASTE' their time with you because most agents are full of b.s. because they tell you that every property they show your is great with no regards for whether or not the properties will produce the financial results you want to achieve.Here is a serious problem with many investors.

Kinda embarrassing but covid-19 did a number on me, however I'm grateful for all that has happened as I've finally realized what I've always known, and that is that Real Estate investing was and still is my passion.

My friends and family advise me to save money by doing it by myself but I am not a handy person and I feel embarrassed to ask family and friends for help.
