The hospital is going to ask for it over and over again during medical checkups.

They wouldn't read it, watch it, or abide by it.New forum users are just like new investors: all thrust and no vector.

Sometimes you need to turn down applicants even though you have not picked someone to sign with yet. 

I know a guy that runs a great one in Tampa if you want me to connect you two (I know that is farther away). 

I’d offer to sign the form if I was allowed to cross out everything between brokerage firm and during the terms.

How long did it take to complete those first three builds?

Best approach is to have your "team" set, before going out to secure properties.
