I was back out the next day putting up sticky notes, and we continue doing that every weekend along with driving for dollars (D4D).Our real goal is to focus on BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat).

Unfortunately, the further south I buy the more issues I come across due to the surrounding homes/theft occurrences with my rentals.

Are they interested or concerned about neighborhood crime, supporting data for surrounding rental rates that might affect your future cash flow, pictures or video of the property showing the class of the neighborhood and the property itself, ... ?

My thesis was that this would lead to increased investment in the surrounding neighborhood and home values would increase.

We did visit Boise earlier this year (its driving distance from my inlaws which makes it nice) and really liked it there too.

If you are concerned with the types  of prospective tenants  who may do a drive by to check out the place as a first step of their apartment search you have a real estate problem my friend,  not a leasing issue.

I'm specifically asking my question surrounding my 3-unit residential building.

I also anticipate a surge in demand when rates do drop lower as a lot of people who have been waiting on the sidelines for lower rates will be entering the market again and driving up prices on the best properties.
