HI BP community I have a land that I want to build several houses on it, and I am looking for a good a builder who I will going to have good sustainable long  term relationship. since I am building those houses for rent  and not my own dream house, so they must be as efficient as possible and quality for rent.

It is possible to find a bank that doesn't care but you will have to do some scoting. 20% down for an investment property would be a dream, most lenders want at least 25% down, some even 30%.As for you rent is that what market rates are in the area you're looking at buying in?
