It's an unwelcome encroachment caused by a neighbors' lack of maintenance or poor tree placement, but I'm the one that has to hire someone (at massive cost and difficult access) to cut deadly branches that are 100' up? 

However, options can probably be used to flip properties for smaller profits and less risk on a more continuous basis.Purchasing properties (hopefully) cheap, keeping them in inventory, and selling for profit when the opportunity arises is much more difficult.
