I'd like something that would save me time (snap picture of receipt, automatically categorize expense, etc) and is easy enough for my partner to use (we don't share a computer so desktop only isn't an option) as well as give information to my accountant at the end of the year. 

Writing to see opinions/options on bookkeeping software and for those using Quickbooks the consensus between desktop and online (and then in online which tier seems best).

I use QB Desktop and track my properties using Classes, but I don't want to have to jump between many separate QB companies to maintain my books.
