Sometimes legal descriptions in sales can be confusing verses actual addresses.Do you know who it is?

I would want to stay away from cities that meet that kind of description and invest somewhere else.

Just met a couple from Steamboat a couple days ago.

Anything over that needs written estimate of description of work and estimate of costs, and owner approval BEFORE doing the work.We have contractors/vendors take digital photos of the work before (sometimes during if they have to open a wall for example) and after. 

Find it entertaining the description lists it as a great investment property yet the numbers don't add up (8 Valley Rd, Saint Charles, MO 63303 - MLS#18003358).

Sacramento is a loose description too which usually includes the eastern suburbs.Bay Area: The local fundamentals create a unique market unlike no other.Oceanside, CA: West of the 5 for the most part means north of the 8, $800k that is.

If you eventually plan to sell the company, using a surname could be a disadvantage.I'm strongly in favor of descriptive names - names that tell you what the company does. 

I have never met a buyer who mentioned anything about profit I was making.

We can see the Address, the Purchase Price, Land Description, Etc.

You can have a realtor run a search of recently rented properties and you can go through the pictures and description and get a pretty good idea of what you should have to be competitive.
