I have a barber shop, a beauty shop, small clothing store, a small church, and my rental officein one building.  

Older Sears / Homart, also.Don't expect much improvement putting flow restrictors in front of bathtubs or clothes and dish washers.

We had some minor dampness in our bedroom ceiling and I tried to reach out to the company on the certificate and the license number didn't exist and the address for the company was an apartment building.

(I was told that laminate needs to be cleaned with a damp cloth instead of a mop and bucket, or it will be damaged over time.)

I tell her YOU DONT LIVE HERE , you need to take those clothes to the laundry mat .

I also like the speciality paint store (where I go Ben Moore, for example) just for  consistent service and expertise (hit or miss at the big box there).Then hard to beat the old school prep with tsp and  a good sponge mop (just damp) and rinse with clean water (damps sponge mop)...and primer for major color changes or spots  and stains..The good paint in luster you can clean also makes turnarounds easy...clean the walls (as mentioned) and you may only have to touch up..Finally, if you can go with one color/brand for the interiors of your rentals you will save time trying to match color or organize endless paints in your garage...best of luck

Hey I can wash clothes for my cousin for $20 instead of him paying $30 to use the laundry mat.    

For example, I had a tenant with them and they needed to bag all clothes, wash them all (heat from dryer kills them while cold doesn't) and move all furniture to center of room in order to spray along baseboards.

Trendy clothes and name brands are important purchases; we also shop on Amazon for convenience.
