The cheapest lender may be the cheapest for a reason and change terms down the road or have difficulties getting you to the closing table

Do you have your real estate attorney draw up a contract and you sign with private lender before going to the closing table with property owner?

@Phil Shelton If I were in your position, my strategy would not be to focus on paying off any of the mortgages but to get the highest interest rate mortgage, that is the one at 6.625%, to the point on the amortization table where more of the payment goes to principal than to interest.

The golf sim was just be looked at as an amenity like a game console.
