Hi all, my wife and I are finally getting serious about investing in real estate this year, and have been so thankful to have found this community! 

I have observed the older appraisers often have a outdated view of values especially in recently appreciating communities. 

I've built a small-ish house so have a small knowledge of that community and mindset.

I’m new to the community and I’m planning to start a Section 8 rental property business.

It's encouraging to see someone else in the same boat.I also live in Washington and have been thinking about establishing a community investment group.
