I just learned about methane digesters, how cool would it be if large apartment complexes used food waste from residents to supplement heating costs!?

I currently work in northern IA for 5 months out of the year, but I have a 2 year old and my wife is 8 months pregnant and we are looking to supplement our income so we can relocate back to AR full time.

You're right that finding anything on the MLS is close to impossible, so I am also looking to supplement my buy-hold strategy with wholesaling and sub2 so I have more leads and a way to leave my job and start a business that will fund future buy-hold deals.
