I reinvested proceeds from the rent collected from the first tenant, to spruce up the second bedroom (I call it the nature room) I added a full length body mirror, study desk, a few various wall decors, updated the listing pics (didn’t get to put in service the new comforter and pillows, since I’m still waiting on them to be delivered) changed two small details in my outreach marketing message, and it made all the difference in response rate from the female demographic; since the majority of travel nurses are females, I realized they would not feel safe/confident in booking from, who they presume, is a single male, so I included a profile picture of my gf and I.

Or take those profits and invest in more apartments to give more tenants quality housing.I think that human nature won’t react well to one month of rent being given back to them (especially since you said $250 or more in cash flow so a $1500/month place kills half your cash flow for the year.)

As i mentioned, i told her to move out initially and she has reacted saying she'd be homeless vs taking responsibility and saying she can make other arrangements which was also unexpected for me (i know for a fact she has a partner and family nearby)I think I will maybe give her a day or two to cool down and approach again - then tell the prospective tenant what's going on if i cannot reach an agreement with the current tenant.

Too bad they acknowledge it in a footnote rather than in the body of the "story".At worst having your name forged on a deed or mortgage is an inconvenience, however I understand that to the uninformed and misinformed it can be frightening, a fear made worse by things like the FBI "story".Having worked on many title insurance claims over thirty years that involved forged deeds and mortgages, and having consulted on even more, it's with some experience I can state that I have never seen someone lose title to real property or be forced to pay a mortgage they didn't create or benefit from, because of a forgery and I really wish the fairy tale would die a natural death.

During the visit, he recommended I start using a CPAP, take anti-depressants, and have a full-body cancer screening even though there's no history of cancer in my family.I don't work with anyone that tries to up-sell me. $9,000 is ridiculous.
