I am fairly new to MHP investing myself but I have sent out a batch of mailers and received several calls back that way.

The auction is done online and is done in batches every hour so it takes a day.

First batch should be first class postcards and then you get bounced addresses.

Did you use first class on the first batch and switch to standard after harvesting the bounced addresses to skip trace?

Hope you mailed first class on your first batch to harvest the valuable bounces.

Im guessing not and then you have to think about batching out in chunks (i.e. office with offie)  or selling individually then grouping the funds .On the flip side....

I am hoping that there is a service out there that can do a batch lookup based on the APN and return results of the address.I already asked TLO and they don't provide this.Anyone know of any such resource?

I'd love to be able to opt out of that batch of flyers that shows up every week.

First batch with postcards using first-class, then follow-up with yellow-letters using standard mail.

(cards are double sided/color and 4.25"x6"Over the weekend I had an item not arrive on time so I pull up my account to see they have had 3 batches of postcards going back to mid August just "PROCESSING".
