I don’t necessarily have the analytical genius several gentlemen did before my comment, but, I don’t know that there has to be a polarizing & binary selection process between cash flow and appreciation.

I know data analytics are already available for apartment complexes / housing overall, but that data doesn't drill down to the deal level...Are you envisioning this for flippers, wholesalers, property managers, or who?

Hey everyone,Just wondering if anyone has some insight into good software, CRMs or anything of the like for analytics and accounting (specifically for wholesaling).

Today it’s more analytics and how to push that message to the masses.

I'm not heavy in the single-family space, but I would think there's definitely some rollover in the analytics. 

To me its just fun... but I’m trying to make sure I don’t get over analytical.

I've not noticed anything new.I doubt it is anywhere as good as Vrbo's analytics.

I am on my Homeaway page multiple time per week and I live the built in free analytics that show me when demand starts picking up for certain dates.

Many investors are too busy to do proper analysis and with your educational background, it seems you would be quite good at the analytic side.

There are a lot of REI who are analytical and quiet and you will find them.
