Each Strategy is a BUSINESS Strategy.In the case of my Benevolent strategy of helping needy tenants, I am using the "Customer first" Business Strategy.This may work for me as my properties are in NYC in Class B or better neighborhoods.But it may not be YOUR strategy because your Customers maybe different than mine, and in fact, they are.I do question the strategy of working a job as a Landlord and not enjoying it.

I then need some help from a tax perspective ensuring I am using the correct forms and filling in the right info.I have taken $40k out of the profit and am trying to determine the most tax advantageous breakdown between deferred compensation and profit sharing, salary and dividends, employee and officer.

I laugh and say no , since there is no toilet , kitchen and the plumping is disconnected and the electric is off  ( I am using a generator) .As the cops pull up in she shoves me . ( bad move cop sees this ) .
