Pros:  Closeness to Downtown - Very low prices - The CHANGES (see links below)Cons: overhead highway (being relocated) - Still run down in areas (but see the changes that are in store)Denver is taking this run down area and sinking tons of money into it to turn it into the entryway to downtown from the airport.

I fly into their airport occasionally and that is a nice airport

FYI, it's a six hour-plus from the Denver Airport to Telluride, but that doesn't discourage our investors.

It's within 15 minutes of downtown Seattle, the airport, the mall, etc.

I leave my home airport and in 2.5 hours I am there and I call canpass and they give me a number to write on a little piece of paper I put it up on top of the instrument stack and off I go.Now coming back into the states that is a different story all together you get the once over by our border patrol.. and god forbid you need to pee when you land.. sometime they make you sit in your plane for 20 to 30 minutes before you can get out....

A "great success" in Kona is to get a job working at the airport.

Near the airport

I am out by O'Hare airport for a couple of nights, but with Uber would have no problem checking something out that is not near here.
