Just some ideas, law students and med students are great, nurses are great, engineers & engineering students (even undergrads) are great.

Not so with law students.Engineering students are also very responsible, including undergrads, though they are a little more social, with guests visiting, but not overly noisy.I also learned that M2M agreements were not a problem with them, as long as I'd allow them to sub-let over the summer, if they had a law internship over the summer somewhere far away.
