I'm looking to finance the project long term in a way that is helps me create positive cashflow.

I've been seeing far too many people with bad experiences and not enough with positive ones, unfortunately. 

We were in a financial position where we could keep our existing home, upgrade, and purchase another home.

I'm surprised you're still hearing negative things about it considering there's been so much positive press and chatter lately.

Additionally, the price point is still cheap enough to find the 1% rule and positive cash flow and there's amazing appreciation potential.

Back when we started virtually everything had positive cash flow but I was lured by the seemingly higher cash flow associated with class C.  

As title says, looking for some first hand experience, positive or negative; for working with mynd.co.

If possible, in the future I would try to obtain a copy of a standard Condo questionnaire from the HOA prior to the mortgage application process and ask your lender to review it in advance in order to mitigate some of the time and costs risks associated.

They can review the restriction and let you know if there’s a straightforward path or if it’s going to be an uphill battle.
