If you were to give it all up (wealthy family, comfortable lifestyle etc.) to do something on your own where would it be and what advice could you give me?

I travel constantly for work and am trying to think of a creative way to leverage that lifestyle to seek good deals across the US.

I think man what they could do with that lifestyle if they would only use RE and leverage as the vehicle.

My career is in helping people fix their credit and live a lifestyle they have always dreamed.

Where have you been the most successful and are you happy with the lifestyle that route has offered you?

There are so many options and lifestyles available to people that do not have to be wealthy to take advantage of these investments.

I don't mind getting tough with other businesspeople.Anyways I'd love to hear any thoughts as to what type of REI investing might fit best with my lifestyle, time constraints, experience and financial situation.

It would be a big downgrade in lifestyle, but still a hell of a lot better than a'stan.By the way I'm military also (newly retired).

That's $1,600/month additional each month, over 60 months that would be $96,000 gross cash flow per month.Now of course there are many other factors, like other expenses, vacancies, etc, but your target is really not far off given your current monthly profit.Of course I do not know your monthly lifestyle either so that may trim things down a bit if you have extreme monthly bills and a high end lifestyle.
