It is a small town outside of lafayatte and has much culture.  

I hope more experiences fellows can help you better, on my behalf, I have low experience in REI, Nevertheless I have studied a lot during my life, traveled and lived among different cultures.

When it came to other issues such as a small repair and they're acting like the house is falling down, I quickly set boundaries and corrected their expectations.When I first started self-managing in Baltimore County, it was almost like a culture shock.

When you run stats of out of state markets its very much subjective yes there are some metrics but there is also cultures that you cannot account for in the numbers..

You do have folks who like the educated and cultural atmosphere who stay put.  

I would actually prefer hispanics because I find large cultural differences frequently cause major conflicts.

It's a cultural community engaged in higher education who generally strive to prove therory and define simplistic matters by involved processes to the point of analytical disfunction.

You will need to put energy into leadership and create a culture of expectation within a functional educational model.My new company is also focused on education, and I have put something together that will launch in February.

@Bill Gulley  I am just under 10k post in 26 months I will looking for my 750k check in the mail :)Internet has created a culture of instant information.. as opposed to apprenticing in a occupation and working your way up.and this idea that a wholesaler is a RE investor is just silly.

From small town white-bread middle America to urban, multi-cultural south Florida...talk about culture shock!
